This application is a web-based tax complaint service designed to help the public submit tax-related issues online with global accessibility. In the initial stage, reporters interact with an AI-powered chat using Google Gemini AI, which provides quick responses, initial guidance, and issue classification. When further assistance is required, the system automatically escalates the conversation to a human officer for real-time communication. Reporters can exchange two-way messages, upload supporting documents, and track the progress of their complaints. All complaint data and conversations are stored in a structured manner to support follow-ups, monitoring, and reporting. The system is built using NestJS for the backend, ReactJS for the frontend, Socket.IO for real-time communication, and Google Gemini AI as the artificial intelligence engine.
